I think I suffer from Gen Y "want it all now" mentality sometimes :D And yes, burnout is a concern of mine - my housemate is already accusing me of internet addiction! If you try to rush in, more than likely you will either burnout or blogging will become such a chore that you don't enjoy it any longer. If the latter happens your readers will sense this in your blogs which will probably cause you to loose them. It sounds as though you have a lot of good talents, just give yourself time to develop them.
